People generally recognize vindictive, unkind behavior.
And, your overwhelming anger may have interfered with understanding my last message?
We're still very sorry about your not receiving your dinner ...
not because of your completely unnecessary threats but because we pride
ourselves on what we do!
Juan Carlos will contact you later this afternoon with a refund for whatever
the amount was that you we charged.

I suspect your relatively young ... I respectfully suggest you preserve your
"jing" (ie. lifeforce) for the occasions where it will return greater benefits
(ie. longevity, love, health, etc.) and try and process the daily stressors with less anger
(which happens to be none of my business).
In conclusion, we responded within 24 hours with a refund, and a bonus ...
for all the negative juju you put on us?
We made a mistake not informing you
(although it's printed all over the menu) that we ran out of lasagna. And you,
intentionally embraced every opportunity you could think of ... and implied
we're incompetent thieves?
It's certainly OK with me (haven't said this to to many customers over the years)
if you take your business and temper elsewhere!

I was angry the night of me making the order.
All of the reviews and complaints that you see were from that night not today.
Everything was from that night. I was hungry and upset that they did that.
I am still upset that it happened but I have calmed down some.
The only thing is that my bank is still showing 30.20 taken by Leona's and we didn't get our food.
But every complaint from the bbb and the reviews were from last night after the guy told
me that there was no more lasagna but my card was charged because the order taker didn't know.

Suggesting I accept the "stealing descriptor" as closure isn't going to happen.
We haven't stolen penny-one ... and I'm confident the majority of customers/
people you blog who know us ... are relatively confident that we're honest

Look I tried to be nice. You are a restaurant owner not a psychiatrist.
You need to know what is right from wrong when it comes to stealing
and I did not see anything on the menu saying no more lasagna because if it did,

Funny, after all the fuss your no longer interested in debating the definition
of harassment, threats and most importantly theft.
The conclusion being, you were not overcharged ...
and it requires 24 hours to remove a charge ... and if you read as much
as you write you would have seen that we make it very clear on the
menu that we very often run out of lasagnas.
So, I guess your not going to apologize? lol! I didn't think so.
Just continue to threaten to sue and lie to any press that has an
